Our project handling process prioritises the customer’s needs. We assign a dedicated contact person and initiate contact promptly. Your account manager gathers your requirements and addresses any Request for Information (RFI). The design team ensures compliance with designs, offering remedies for non-compliance. We implement the four eyes principle, with designs reviewed by another team member.
The operations team ensures correctness from an operations perspective. A pre-contract meeting allows stakeholders to provide input. After commissioning, we conduct soak tests, provide training, and issue necessary certificates. Your account manager remains in contact to address any changes or issues in this end-to-end process.
